NFC Card

An NFC (Near Field Communication) card is a smart card that contains an electronic chip which communicates with smartphones or other devices simply by being placed very close (usually within 2–4 cm).

How it works

  • When you bring your phone near the card, the phone reads the chip inside it.

  • The chip stores a unique link (e.g., a website, restaurant menu, business profile, booking form, etc.).

  • The phone instantly opens that link — no extra apps or scanning required.

Examples of use

  • Restaurants: the customer taps the NFC card on the table and the digital menu opens instantly.

  • Businesses: used as a digital business card — one tap gives the client access to contact details or the company’s website.

  • Hotels/Events: opens booking pages, special offers, or event agendas.

  • Payments: NFC technology is also used in bank cards for contactless payments..

1. Provision of the NFC Card

All clients who subscribe to the Premium Package are entitled to receive one (1) NFC card free of charge. The NFC card is provided as part of the service benefits included in the Premium Package.

2. Ownership of the NFC Card

The NFC card remains the property of My Booking by Alla Media at all times. Partner companies are granted the right to use the card as long as their Premium Package subscription is active. The card is provided for service purposes only and does not constitute a transfer of ownership.

3. Responsibility of the Partner Company

The partner company is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the NFC card. Any physical damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or mishandling, as well as loss of the card, will not be covered under the free provision policy.

 

4. Replacement Policy

In the event that the NFC card is:

  • Damaged due to improper use or physical mishandling, or

  • Lost by the partner company,

a replacement fee of €10 (ten euros) will apply for the issuance of a new card.

5. Validity of Service

The NFC card remains valid and functional only as long as the partner company maintains an active Premium Package subscription with My Booking by Alla Media. Upon termination or cancellation of the subscription, the right to use the card will also cease.
