Booking by Alla Media – Online Booking Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the platform booking.alla-media.com, each user and partner collaborating with the platform acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms of use. This document constitutes a legal agreement between “Alla Media” and any accommodation entity operating through the platform. The agreement becomes effective upon the partner’s completion of the registration and activation of their profile. Continued use of the service after any updates to these terms implies automatic acceptance of the new version.


2. Involved Parties

These terms govern the relationship between the following primary parties:

  • Alla Media, a registered legal entity providing the digital platform booking.alla-media.com, responsible for technical operations, transaction management, and user communications.

  • The Partner, which may be an individual or legal entity offering accommodation services (hotels, guesthouses, villas, short-term rental apartments, etc.) and using the platform to receive bookings from third-party clients. The partner must be licensed to operate and must comply with the legal framework governing tourism services.


3. Provided Services

Booking by Alla Media serves as a digital intermediary between accommodation providers and customers seeking to book stays in Albania. The service includes:

  • Registration of accommodations via an administrative dashboard (Extranet) accessible from any internet-enabled device.

  • Creation of a personalized profile for each partner, containing comprehensive information about the type of accommodation, capacity, pricing, house rules, and cancellation policies.

  • Real-time booking by customers directly through the platform.

  • Notification of every new booking via email and/or SMS, according to partner preferences.

  • Calendar management, technical support, and performance analytics tools to monitor booking performance.


4. Payment Model

The platform operates under a transparent and equal model for all partners:

  • For every confirmed booking made through the platform, the partner is obligated to pay a fixed fee of €1 (one euro).

  • This fee only applies to bookings that are confirmed and for which the partner has received notification from the system.

  • At the end of each calendar month, the platform issues a summary invoice detailing the total number of bookings and the corresponding amount due.

  • Payment must be made within 7 calendar days from the invoice date, to the Alla Media bank account specified on the invoice.

  • In case of non-payment within the deadline, Alla Media reserves the right to:

    • Temporarily suspend the partner’s profile.

    • Halt acceptance of new bookings.

    • Pursue legal actions to recover outstanding debts.


5. Partner Responsibilities

The partner agrees to:

  • Provide only true, accurate, and up-to-date information in their profile.

  • Not use misleading or deceptive descriptions to attract clients.

  • Regularly update the availability calendar and prices to avoid overbookings or unjustified cancellations.

  • Accept all bookings received through the system, unless there is a valid and documented reason to decline.

  • Not cancel bookings arbitrarily or without solid justification.

  • Maintain minimum standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.

  • Cooperate with the platform’s support team in resolving any misunderstandings or complaints.


6. Alla Media Responsibilities

Alla Media is responsible for:

  • Providing a functional and secure platform for all parties.

  • Informing the partner in real-time of every new booking.

  • Handling technical requests from partners with seriousness and efficiency.

  • Not interfering with partners’ pricing policies (prices are set solely by the accommodation).

  • Not disclosing customer data for commercial purposes without permission.

  • Notifying partners periodically about system updates or changes to the terms.


7. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • The partner has the right to define customized cancellation policies, including deadlines, penalties, and flexibility levels.

  • These policies must be clearly stated in the profile and applied consistently to all clients.

  • If a booking is canceled by the partner without a minimum 24-hour notice, the €1 booking fee will still be charged.

  • In the case of a no-show, the partner may apply penalties or mark the booking as unpaid, but cannot unilaterally cancel a booking due to system errors.


8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • All client data is stored on secure servers and is not shared without consent.

  • Partners may not use client data for direct marketing purposes without the client’s approval.

  • Personal data is retained only for the period necessary to fulfill the service and meet legal/fiscal obligations.

  • The platform complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Albanian legislation on personal data.


9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any complaint from the partner must be submitted in writing via the official email.

  • The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication.

  • If an agreement cannot be reached, the case will be handled by the District Court of Durrës.

  • Alla Media reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to the platform of any partner that damages the reputation or integrity of the service.


10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • Alla Media may modify these terms to reflect legal, technological, or operational changes.

  • Partners will be notified via email about any significant changes.

  • The latest version of the terms will always be available in the “Terms and Conditions” section of the website.

  • Continued use of the services after updates implies automatic acceptance of the revised terms.
